HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened Tuesday, April 5, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
In the case of Kevin R. Cunningham of Callao, charged with felony unauthorized use of a vehicle and distribution for profit of a Schedule I/II substance, the charges were nolle prosequi.
