LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, August 26, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
In the case of Christian P. Lyons of Lancaster, charged with a felony for driving on a revoked license for multiple convictions of driving while intoxicated; a felony for DWI, prior related felony conviction; two felonies for failing to appear; a misdemeanor for obstructing/resisting arrest; two misdemeanors for indecent exposure; a misdemeanor for disorderly conduct; a misdemeanor for driving after forfeiting a license; a misdemeanor for obstructing or resisting arrest without force; a misdemeanor for refusing a breathalyzer, subsequent within 10 years; a misdemeanor for intoxication in public; a misdemeanor for reckless driving; and nine misdemeanors for failing to appear; a bond hearing was scheduled for September 2.
In the case of Ronald E. Holmes Jr. of Lancaster, charged with a felony for sodomy of a helpless victim and a felony for rape by force or threat, a jury trial is scheduled for November 30 through December 2.
