Lancaster County Circuit Court Report

LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, February 17, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.

George W. Gaines of Lancaster was arraigned on two misdemeanors for violating probation. A show cause hearing was scheduled for March 17.

In the case of Willie Taylor of Onancock, charged with a misdemeanor for illegal crabbing, an arraignment was continued to May 12.

In the case of Tanashia L. Moore of Warsaw, charged with misdemeanors for assault and battery, destruction of property and stalking with fear of death or assault, an arraignment was continued to March 17.

In the case of Shawn E. Jones of White Stone, charged with a misdemeanor for failing to appear and appealing a General District Court misdemeanor conviction of assault and battery, a status hearing was continued to March 24.

In the case of Kevon L. Gray of Williamsburg, charged with felonies for manufacturing an imitation Schedule I/II substance, selling fentanyl and selling cocaine, all charges were dismissed.

Quinton A. Hudnall of Chester pleaded guilty to a felony for other forgery/uttering. He was sentenced to five years with four years and two months suspended. Chester also was ordered to pay $916.68 in court costs and serve one year of supervised probation to begin upon release.

In the case of Erick K. Marlow of Lancaster, charged with a felony for extorting in writing, a status hearing was continued to March 10.
