HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened Tuesday, February 14, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
In the case of George A. Pizzola of Manassas, charged with two counts of probation violation on a felony offense, a trial was continued generally to February 28. Pizzola also faces a misdemeanor charge for probation violation on a misdemeanor offense.
In the case of Steward E. Noel III of Reedville, charged with three counts of possession of a Schedule I/II drug with the intention of manufacturing, three counts of gun possession with Schedule I/II drugs, and selling/distributing Schedule IV drugs, a trial was continued generally to March 14.
In the case of William E. Sanford of Heathsville, charged with probation violation on a felony offense, a show cause was carried over to March 14 for a review.
