LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, March 17, with the Hon. Joseph J. Ellis presiding.
In the case of Arthur B. Humphrey of West Point, appealing a General District Court conviction of failing to drive on the right side of the highway, he was found guilty and fined $100 and ordered to pay $206 in court costs.
In the case of Mark A. Waller, no address given, charged with a felony for selling cocaine, the charge was dismissed at a review hearing.
In the case of George W. Gaines of Lancaster, charged with two misdemeanors for violating probation, a show cause hearing was continued to June 2.
