LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, March 24, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
In the case of Cintez C. Gibson of Newport News, charged with three felonies for aggravated sexual battery of a minor less than 13 years old, three felonies for object sexual penetration of a minor, and three felonies for taking indecent liberties with a child in a custodial or supervisory relationship, the arraignment was continued and a status hearing scheduled for May 19.
In the case of Brandy N. Bartron of Newport News, charged with two misdemeanors for violating probation, a hearing to review restitution was scheduled for May 12.
In the case of Kendra P. Brooks of Lancaster, charged with two felonies for violating probation, a hearing to review restitution was scheduled for May 12.
In the case of Troy D. Bullock of Irvington, charged with three felonies for violating probation, those charges were dismissed.
In the case of Mitrada D. Bunns of Lancaster, charged with a felony for violating probation, a hearing to review restitution was scheduled….
