LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, April 21, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
In the case of Joseph C. Tilden of Norfolk, charged with a misdemeanor for failing to appear, an arraignment was continued to July 28.
In the case of Christopher J. Baublitz of Lancaster, appealing a General District Court bond decision, bond was again denied.
James M. Veney of Newport News, found guilty of a felony for violating probation, was resentenced to 14 years with 13 years and 6 months suspended.
In the case of T’Kala R. Brown of Lancaster, appealing General District Court misdemeanor convictions of destruction of property and failing to appear, those charges were dismissed.
