LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, August 18, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
In the case of Ernest E. Adams of Heathsville, charged with three felonies for selling/providing a Schedule I/II substance, a trial was scheduled for October 20.
In the case of Christopher Baublitz of Lancaster, charged with three felonies and one misdemeanor for violating probation, two felonies for abuse of a child, disregard of life; a felony for destruction of property; a felony for not reporting an accident with more than $1,000 in damage; a misdemeanor for driving on a revoked or suspended license; and two infractions for not having child restraint devices for children younger than age 8, a jury trial is scheduled for December 11 and 12.
