LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, October 13, with the Hon. Charles S. Sharp presiding.
In the case of James A. Boyd III of Lancaster, charged with a felony and misdemeanor for violating probation, a show cause hearing was scheduled for December 1.
In the case of Joanna M. Ferreris of Mathews, charged with two felonies for selling/providing a Schedule I/II substance, a status hearing was scheduled for November 17.
In the case of Rosa M. Turner of Smithfield, charged with two felonies for violating probation, a show cause hearing was scheduled for December 8.
In the case of Vaughan O. Coleman Sr. of Lancaster, appealing a Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court bond decision, the bond hearing was rescheduled for October 20.
