LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, November 3, with the Hon. William H. Shaw III presiding.
In the case of James A. Boyd III of Lancaster, charged with a felony for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, a trial was scheduled for December 1.
In the case of Crystal M. McGee of Saluda, charged with a felony for selling a Schedule I/II substance, a trial is to be set December 1.
In the case of Temeka C. Smith of Lancaster, charged with a felony for selling a Schedule I/II substance, a status hearing was scheduled for December 1.
