LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, December 1, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
In the case of Tyler R. Tomlin of Weems, charged with two felonies for violating probation, bond was denied and a show cause hearing remains scheduled for February 23.
In the case of Gregory McEachern II of Lancaster, whose probation was previously revoked, a post-trial motion to modify his sentence was denied.
In the case of James A. Boyd III of Lancaster, charged with a felony for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, a felony for violating probation and a misdemeanor for violating probation, probation was revoked. He was sentenced to four years and 275 days with four years suspended on the felony probation violation and 12 days on the misdemeanor probation violation. A trial on the unauthorized use of a motor vehicle was scheduled for February 23.
