LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, March 8, with the Hon. Charles S. Sharp presiding.
In the case of Katherine A. Turner of White Stone, charged with a felony for assault on a law enforcement officer and a felony for failing to appear, bond was granted and a trial set for May 17.
Probation was revoked for Vaughan O. Coleman of Lancaster, charged with eight felonies for violating probation. He was given an active sentence of six months, with another 39 years and four months suspended.
