LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, March 15, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
In the case of Monterra T. Cottrell, no address given, charged with eight felonies for failing to appear and four felonies for violating probation, a show cause hearing was scheduled for April 26.
In the case of Demetria R. Key of Topping, charged with a felony for violating probation, a hearing to review restitution was scheduled for July 26.
In the case of Megan E. Spencer of Hague, previously found not guilty by reason of insanity for felony assault on a law enforcement or department of corrections officer and misdemeanor disorderly conduct, a review hearing was scheduled for September 20.
