LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, August 7, with the Hon. Michael McKenney presiding.

Joshua T. Williams of Saluda was arraigned on two charges of felony probation violations. A trial is to be set September 4.

Randy M. Phipps of Weems was arraigned on one misdemeanor for falsely summoning police, one misdemeanor for obstructing of justice and three misdemeanors for harassing phone calls. A trial is to be set August 21.
