HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened Tuesday, August 4, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
The case of James E. Brown of Chesterfield, charged with two felonies, including one count for driving with a revoked license and one count for driving while intoxicated, was continued to September 15.
The disposition of Helen D. Conaway of Heathsville, charged with one felony for possession of a controlled substance, was continued to October 13.
