LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, September 25, with the Hon. Harry T. Taliaferro presiding.
In the case of Gregory A. Pratt of Warsaw, charged with five felonies and one misdemeanor for violating probation, a capias warrant was issued when Pratt failed to appear. A show cause hearing was scheduled for October 30.
In the case of Monterra Cottrell of Heathsville, charged with four felonies for violating probation, a review hearing was scheduled for October 30.
In the case of Johnshonika Gregory of Heathsville, found guilty of one felony for entering a structure to commit assault and battery and one felony for grand larceny greater than $200, the defendant needs additional time to pay fines and restitution. The next review hearing is scheduled for October 30.
The jury trial of Elijah D. Palmer of White Stone, charged with three counts of aggravated sexual battery of a victim less than age 13, was set for November 4.
