HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened Tuesday, September 22, with the Hon. Joseph J. Ellis presiding.
The case of Richard B. Hundley of Heathsville, charged with felony distribution of a Schedule I or II drug, was continued to October 6.
The trial of James E. Brown of Chesterfield, charged with two felonies including one count for driving while intoxicated and one count for driving with a revoked license, was continued to October 20.
