LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Thursday, October 29, with the Hon. Harry Taliaferro presiding.
In the case of Matthew Q. Rosner, no address given, charged with felony probation violation, a hearing to appoint counsel was continued to January 22. Rosner is charged with a second felony probation violation. That arraignment also was continued to January 22.
In the case of Terrence M. Clarke of Weems, charged with felony probation violation, arraignment was continued to January 22. A second charge of possession of a schedule I/II substance was taken under advisement. A status hearing also was set for January 22.
