HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened Tuesday, October 27, with the Hon. Sarah Deneke presiding.
In the case of Christopher L. Goins of Mollusk, charged with four felony counts of probation violation, a bond hearing was continued to January 12.
In the case of Bernard C. Anderson of Burgess, charged with felony unauthorized use of a vehicle, review was continued to January 26.
In the case of Tyrell O. Brown of Hague, charged with violation of probation on a felony offense, review was continued.
In the case of Donte J. Carter of Heathsville, charged with misdemeanor violation of a protective order and misdemeanor failure to appear, a status hearing was continued to November 10.
In the case of Derrick D. Cockrell of Heathsville, charged with three felony counts and one misdemeanor count for the sale and distribution of marijuana, a trial was set for December 15.
