LHS booters still need a district win

The Red Devils have picked up one win in three weeks and are still searching for a win in Northern Neck District varsity soccer play.

“Every game we’ve lost by one or won by one, except against Rappahannock,” said Lancaster coach Rob Pittman. “We’re right there.”

Rappahannock beat Lancaster, 7-2, in the season opener and shut out the Devils, 6-0, last Friday. In between, Washington & Lee edged Lancaster, 2-1, and Northumberland got by LHS, 3-2. LHS picked up….[to-view-more]
