Northern Neck Partners for Pets breaks ground for no-kill shelter

LANCASTER—The Northern Neck Partners for Pets (NNPP) recently announced they have broken ground for a privately owned no-kill animal shelter on their 35-acre property on Devils Bottom Road in Lancaster.

On April 20, president Terrie Dort along with several board members, chief construction engineer William Wills and chief excavator George Lee gathered to review the site and go over the formal construction plans, reported Suzanne Fisher Mattingly.
