HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened Tuesday, May 4, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
David W. Brann of Callao charged with two counts of felony driving with intoxicated after having been previously convicted and two counts of felony driving with a suspended/revoked license and endangering another, was sentenced to five years with four years suspended and to indefinite supervision.
Sentencing was continued to November 9 in the case of Keenen L. Samuel of Newport News, charged with felony driving while intoxicated, third-plus offense within 10 years, and felony driving with a suspended/revoked license and endangering another.
