WHITE STONE—The White Stone Town Council on Thursday, May 6, took a first look at its proposed fiscal year 2021-22 budget, which would increase minimally from last year.
The proposed $218,185 budget is $3,935 more than the current $214,250 budget.
According to councilman and finance committee chairman William Hubbard, the budget is “fairly straightforward. But we may have to amend it around October to account for sewer expenses and revenues.”
