HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened Tuesday, November 16, with the Hon. Charles S. Sharp presiding.
In the case of Christopher M. Sydney of Warsaw, charged with probation violation on a felony offense, trial was continued to February 22, 2022.
In the case of Demar A. Davenport of Heathsville, charged with his third protective order in 20 years, sentencing was continued to November 23.
Adam B. Freeman-Jones of Deltaville, charged with felony grand larceny, pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 12 months in jail with six months suspended. The charge was amended to misdemeanor petit larceny. Freeman-Jones is ordered to pay $1,567 in costs.
