HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened Tuesday, September 6, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
In the case of Kendrick L. Diggs of Lancaster, charged with two counts of probation violation on a felony offense, a bond hearing was continued generally and a trial date will be set September 20.
In the case of Steward E. Noel III of Heathsville, charged with three counts of possession with intention to sell of Schedule I/II drugs, three counts of possession of a gun with Schedule I/II drugs, and selling/distribution of a Schedule IV drug, a trial was continued to November 2022.
In the case of Centric B. Palmer of Kilmarnock, charged with possession of a Schedule I/II drug, distribution/possession of marijuana over 1/2 ounce-five pounds, gun possession with Schedule I/II drugs, receipt of a stolen firearm/aiding in the concealment of a fire arm, and gun possession as a non-violent felon, a trial was continued to September 20.
In the case of George A. Pizzola II of Manassas, charged with two counts of probation violation on a felony offense, an arraignment was continued to October 25. Pizzola remains a fugitive.
