HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened Tuesday, December 12, with the Hon. Ray W. Grubbs presiding.
Pamela J. Dawson of Burgess pleaded guilty to three counts of distribution/selling for profit Schedule I/II drugs and was sentenced to five years. Additionally, four counts of bail/pretrial violation on a felony offense and assisting someone ages 18 or younger in the distribution of Schedule I/II drugs were noelle prosequi.
In the case of Andrea B. Landman of Callao, charged with two counts of selling/distributing Schedule IV drugs, a trial was continued to January 16.
In the case of Alfonso Ruiz-Monge of Heathsville, charged with possession/transportation of a weapon as a violent felon, a trial was set for March.
In the case of Louis P. Spencer of Warsaw, charged with second degree murder and armed burglary, a status hearing was set for January 30.
In the case of Charles A. Marselas of Heathsville, charged with four counts of probation violation on a felony offense, a trial was set for February 6.
