LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, December 15 with the Hon. Steven S. Smith presiding.
In the case of Barlow K. Crosby of Kilmarnock, charged with three felonies for malicious wounding and misdemeanors for disorderly conduct and destruction of property, a jury trial was scheduled for January 11 and 12.
In the case of Deondre T. Lampkin of Kilmarnock, charged with two felonies and one misdemeanor for entering a structure to commit assault and battery, a felony for grand larceny, a felony for destruction of property, a felony for possession of burglary tools, a felony for being a felon in possession of weapon/ammo (not a gun), two misdemeanors for petit larceny, and a misdemeanor for destruction of property, a status hearing was continued….
