HEATHSVILLE—Northumberland supervisors on Thursday, March 12, delayed a vote on a conditional use permit to install a Verizon wireless tower on Movie Hall Lane in Callao, citing the need to walk the area and see if an alternate location, further away from other homes, is possible. They will consider the project again at the April 9 meeting.
