HEATHSVILLE—After reviewing requests from the capital improvement committee, the Northumberland planning commission on March 16 agreed to hold a public hearing April 13 on $1,144,190 in proposed capital improvement projects for the schools and sanitary district.
County planner Stuart McKenzie said the committee reviewed a total of $7,386,806.16 in requests from the schools, sheriff’s office, and sanitary district before putting forth the most urgent recommended projects.
