Rhythm in Blue returns to Irvington Commons May 25

Big band jazz will return to the Irvington Commons with a free Memorial Day weekend concert by the jazz ensemble of The U.S. Air Force (USAF) Heritage of America Band, Rhythm in Blue. The free concert will begin at 7 p.m. May 25 at the Irvington Commons, 98 King Carter Drive, Irvington.

The 15-member group of enlisted professional musicians will perform a range of big band swing, jazz standards and contemporary music at the free concert presented by the Irvington Village Improvement Association (VIA). Concertgoers are urged to bring lawn chairs and picnics.
