HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland board of supervisors, at a special called meeting on Tuesday, August 18, approved the relocation of the county school board office to the former EVB Bank building in Heathsville.
“Many of you know the Lottsburg school board office has served us well over the years but has deteriorated over time,” school superintendent Holly Wargo noted in a related statement to the school community. “The recent tropical storm caused severe flooding which left the tiles on the floor loose and crumbling.
