Lancaster County Sheriff Patrick McCranie this week reported charges against three individuals.
Ronald Oliver of White Stone was charged January 13 with possessing a firearm after having been convicted of a felony.
A Clayton, N.C., man, 32, was charged January 11 and 13 with trespassing after having been forbidden to do so, two counts of public intoxication and violating conditions of pretrial release.
A Weems man, 31, was charged January 14 with possession of marijuana.
January 11: Staff responded to the 100 block of Reynolds Farm Road to assist emergency medical services with entry into a building, to the 18300 block of Mary Ball Road to check the welfare of a resident, to a walk-in report of an attempt to obtain money by false pretense, to the 8200 block of Mary Ball Road for a suspicious person, to the 500 block of Paynes Creek Road for threats made to harm another, and to the 10400 block of Mary Ball Road for the report of an intoxicated person.
January 12: Staff responded to the 1000 block of Beanes Road for an assault with weapons involved, to the 100 block of Iberis Road for a disorderly person with a weapon, to the 8600 block of Mary Ball Road for a trespasser, to the 1300 block of Irvington Road to assist Virginia State Police (VSP) with a vehicle search, to the 1600 block of Chownings Ferry Road to check the welfare of a resident, to the 1200 block of Merry Point Road for a possible burglary, to the 12000 block of Mary Ball Road for a two-vehicle traffic crash, to the 3000 block of Lara Road for a domestic disturbance, and to the 500 block of Wilson Lane for a domestic disturbance involving alcohol.
January 13: Staff responded to Shore Drive for a reckless driver of an unregistered vehicle, to the 100 block of Rappahannock Landing for a burglary, and to the 200 block of Methodist Church Road for a domestic assault.
January 14: Staff responded to the 700 block of Nuttsville Road for threats made to harm another.
January 15: Staff responded to the 400 block of Rappahannock Drive for threats made to harm another.
January 16: Staff responded to the 400 block of Church Street to assist the Kilmarnock Police Department (KPD) with a domestic assault, to Fox Hill Drive for gunshots in the late evening hours, and to the 800 block of Nuttsville Road for a fight in progress.
January 17: Staff responded to the 10800 block of Courthouse Road to assist VSP with a vehicle search, to the 100 block of Churchfields Lane to check the welfare of the resident, and to the 200 block of Old Fair Grounds Way to assist KPD with trespassers.
Staff also conducted 11 traffic stops, issued three summonses, assisted two motorists, recorded two deer strike accidents, handled a call for traffic control, investigated six building alarms, logged two inmate transports, received 35 E911 hang-up calls, and fielded two calls for animal control service.
The Kilmarnock Volunteer Fire Department responded to a traffic crash on Mary Ball Road and to the smell of propane of Clifton Avenue.
