Lancaster County Sheriff Patrick McCranie this week reported charges against three individuals.
Felony
Kionte Richon Walters, 33, of Lancaster was charged March 29 with credit card theft and misdemeanor petit larceny.
Misdemeanors
A Heathsville man, 18, was charged March 26 with failure to appear in Lancaster County General District Court for arraignment on a reckless driving offense.
A Heathsville man, 24, was charged March 30 with failure to appear in the Richmond County Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court on March 21.

March 28: Staff responded to the 17000 block of Mary Ball Road for a large pothole in the highway causing a traffic hazard, to the 500 block of Chesapeake Drive for legal advice, to the 11000 block of Mary Ball Road for a disabled vehicle, to the 800 block of Poplar Neck Road for a larceny and destruction of property, to the 1300 block of Weems Road for an adult welfare check, to the 8000 block of Mary Ball Road for fraud, to the 500 block of Chesapeake Drive for a suspicious person, and to the 600 block of Chesapeake Drive for a suspicious person.
March 29: Staff responded to the 10000 block of River Road for suspicious activity, to the Robert O. Norris Jr. Memorial Bridge for a utility trailer blocking the highway, to Mary Ball and Goodluck roads for a two-vehicle traffic crash, to Gaskins and Christ Church roads for a reckless driver, to the 800 block of Nuttsville Road for a verbal disagreement, and to the 100 block of Sir Guy Drive for gunshots in the late evening hours.
March 30: Staff responded to the 8000 block of Mary Ball Road for a scam, to the 300 block of Ocran Road for a civil complaint, to the 10000 block of River Road for a domestic disturbance, to the 200 block of Weems Road for gunshots in the late evening hours, to the 300 block of Greenfields Lane for a suspicious person, and to the 50 block of Whisk Drive for suspicious activity.
March 31: Staff responded to the 1900 block of Ottoman Ferry Road for a larceny and destruction of property, to the 900 block of Alfonso Road for a single-vehicle traffic crash, to the 400 block of Courtney Road for an adult welfare check, and to the 1800 block of Iberis Road for a suspicious vehicle.
Staff also conducted 22 traffic stops, issued 25 summonses, assisted a motorist, recorded a deer strike accident, handled two calls for traffic control, investigated six building alarms, logged two inmate transports and received 18 E911 hang up calls.
Fire calls
White Stone and Kilmarnock volunteer fire departments responded to a residential fire alarm at 1177 Beach Road.
Northumberland County Sheriff Johnny Beauchamp this week reported charges against four individuals.
Felonies
Ricquon Donnell Jackson, 30, of Fredericksburg was charged March 19 with strangling another causing wounding or injury. This was a Northumberland County warrant served by the Spotsylvania County Sheriff’s Office.
Bobby Ray Landman III, 21, of Lottsburg was charged March 30 with second degree murder and using a firearm in the commission of a felony, first offense.
Misdemeanors
A Heathsville man, 32, was charged March 22 with driving revoked or suspended.
A Tappahannock man, 34, was charged March 25 on a capias/attachment of the body for failing to appear in the Northumberland County General District Court after signing a recognizance.
