KILMARNOCK—The town planning commission on Monday, September 9, reelected Neill Shultz chairman.
Prior to the officer appointments, Shultz informed the commission his term will expire next year. Following more than a decade of service on the commission, he will not seek reappointment, said Shultz. He asked his peers to consider that while making appointments; however, he would be happy to continue serving as chairman for another year if that’s what they chose to do.
