KILMARNOCK—TRIAD of Lancaster and Northumberland counties will conduct a discussion on fraud and scams at 10 a.m. Thursday, February 16, at Lancaster Community Library, 16 Town Centre Drive, Kilmarnock.
Dave Farley, President of TRIAD of Lancaster and Northumberland Counties states, “Anyone who is concerned about these types of predatory activities and anyone who is concerned that someone they know or care for may be victimized should attend these discussions, which are free and open to the public.”
