The U.S. Air Force (USAF) Heritage of America Concert Band will perform a flag-waving concert of rousing marches, patriotic favorites, Broadway hits, film scores, swinging jazz and orchestral classics at a free concert July 1 on the Irvington Commons, 98 King Carter Dr., in Irvington.
Concertgoers are urged to bring chairs and picnics to the performance, which is presented by the Irvington Village Improvement Association (VIA).
Concert sponsor Chesapeake Bank will offer free hot dogs, chips and desserts from 5:30- 6:45 p.m. The show will start at 7 p.m.
