Good Luck Cellars, 1025 Goodluck Road, Kilmarnock, hosts Friday Night Wine Downs from 5-8 p.m., with music by Bob Wilson from 5:30-7:30 p.m.
Fresh sangria made weekly, featuring a Good Luck Cellars wine, are offered as supplies last from noon-5 p.m. on Sundays.
Great Art Heist
The 14th Great Art Heist will be held June 26 at the RAL Art Center, 19 North Main Street, Kilmarnock. Patrons can buy “early bird” Heist tickets through May 6, and automatically be entered into an Early Bird Raffle.

Virtual history
The Lancaster Virginia Historical Society’s “Zooming In On Local History: Virtual Speaker Series II” will continue at 3 p.m. Thursday, April 1, with “Belle Isle, the Bertrand Family, and the Huguenot-Anglican Refuge in Early Virginia,” by Dr. Lonnie H. Lee.

Plant sale
The Northern Neck Master Gardeners will conduct its “From Deck to Dock: Plants for a Northern Neck Home” sale from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. April 30-May 2 at Dug In Farms, 155 Fleets Bay Road, White Stone. Spring-, summer- and fall-blooming plants suitable for the Northern Neck landscape will be available.
Saturday cider
Ditchley Cider Works and Farm, 1571 Ditchley Road, Kilmarnock, will offer a Saturday cidery experience from noon -4 p.m. April 3.
A farm fresh brunch and cider mimosas will be offered from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. April 4. The Ditchley Cider Works and Farm will remain open until 4 p.m.
Meet the photographer
Northumberland Public Library (NPL) will presents “Meet the Photographer Day,” from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday, April 10, at NPL, 7204 Northumberland Highway, Heathsville.
Photojournalist Michael Geissinger will discuss his exhibit, “China 1985.” Safe COVID-19 practices will be followed with a limit of 10 participants, masks and physical distancing.
Museum opens
The Kilmarnock Museum, 76 North Main Street, Kilmarnock, will open for the 2021 season today, April 1. The public is urged to visit the museum from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Thursdays through Saturdays.
Photographs and artifacts of the the Great Kilmarnock Fire of 1952 will be on display, along with many new and interesting items recently obtained by the museum.
Sippin’ Saturday
Triple V Farms, Vines, Vodka or Vinegar, 3138 Jessie duPont Memorial Highway, Tipers, will present Sippin’ Saturday from noon-6 p.m. April 3 with Trent Jones from 1-4 p.m.
