Viewpoints series will open March 2 with tales of Orr family in WW II

World War II historian Marshall Orr has some yarns to spin based on the military service of Bill and Sam Orr, circa, 1941, (above).

Marshall Orr was born a year after World War II began. Athough he had a father and uncle who served in Europe, he didn’t know what they did there.

He later found out about their fascinating roles and invites Rappahannock Westminster-Canterbury (RWC) residents and the local community to find out the “rest of the story” at his Viewpoints talk March 2 at RWC, 132 Lancaster Dr., Irvington.
