YORKTOWN—William “Billy” Cleveland Doggett, 86, passed away on Monday, February 9, 2026.
He was the husband of Garnette and father of Annette Wilhelm (Keith) and William Doggett Jr. (Robin).
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 12, at World Outreach Worship Center, 1233 Shields Road, Newport News. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, February 17, in Bethel Methodist Church Cemetery, Lancaster. For full obituary go to amoryfuneralhome.com.
