Lancaster school board member sheds more light on complaint investigation

KILMARNOCK—Lancaster school board member Katherine Keith on Tuesday, September 10, shared with the public some details of an investigation that occurred during the previous school year regarding a teacher complaint against District 2 board member Kenya Moody.

Keith prefaced her remarks by stating they are hers alone as an individual member of the school board and not as representative of a subcommittee in charge of handling the complaint. She also said that she had Moody’s permission to use her name during her comments. The complaint was in response to a conversation Moody had with an unnamed teacher about Moody’s child.
