Lawsuit against Lancaster supervisors moves forward

LANCASTER—A lawsuit brought by Kevin and Brenda Burtnett against the Lancaster board of supervisors will move forward, following a hearing in Lancaster County Circuit Court on November 6.

The Burtnetts, who live at 108 Estates Road in Lancaster, allege in their suit that the board improperly allowed an exception to the Chesapeake Bay Protection Act…
