LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, September 27, with the Hon. William H. Shaw III presiding.
In the case of Kionte R. Walters of Lancaster, charged with three felonies and one misdemeanor for violating probation, a status hearing was scheduled for October 25.
In the case of Detavin Francis of Lancaster, appealing a General District Court decision denying bond, a hearing was scheduled for October 4.
In the case of Ashley N. Holcomb of Hayes, appealing a General District Court decision denying bond, bond was again denied.
Janice Baylor of Lancaster, who previously pleaded no contest to depriving an animal of food, etc., petitioned the court to allow for a companion animal, but the motion was dismissed.
