Celebration of life service slated February 29 for Dr. Carolyn Walker Hines

Northern Neck non-profit groups will join together February 29 to celebrate the life, love and legacy of Dr. Carolyn Walker Hines, who died in December 2019 after her battle with cancer.

The public is invited to join in this celebration at 10 a.m. at the Lancaster Middle School Theater, 191 School Street, Kilmarnock.
