HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened February 11 with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
Bond was denied in the case of James E. Brown of Chesterfield, charged with two felonies including one count for driving while intoxicated and one count for driving with a revoked license. Brown’s case was continued to March 31.
A status hearing on the case of Benjamin L. Wyatt of White Stone, charged with two felonies for possession of a Schedule I or Schedule II drug, and three misdemeanors, including one count for driving while intoxicated, one count revoking his pretrial release on a misdemeanor charge and one count for possession of drug paraphernalia, was continued to February 25.
