Island Church to conduct clam chowder fundraiser

The Island Church will conduct a clam chowder fundraiser November 17 and 18.

Chowder will be available for $15 a quart or $10 a pint. Desserts will be $2 each. The fundraiser will be conducted at 4425 Windmill Point Road, White Stone, and chowder can be picked up from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. each day. The soup freezes well too, said Jo Manson.

Orders for chowder carryout can be placed in advance by contacting Michelle Robbins at 435-0709 by November 10.
