LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Wednesday, April 14, with the Hon. Herbert Hewitt presiding.

In the case of Trevell M. Saul of Lancaster, charged with a felony for being a felon in possession of a weapon or ammunition, but not a gun, the charges were dismissed.

The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Thursday, April 15, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.

In the trial of Christopher J. Baublitz of Lancaster, charged with two felonies for forgery, a felony for shooting into an occupied building, a misdemeanor for transporting a firearm while being the subject of a protective order, and a misdemeanor for trespassing on property to hunt, he was found guilty and a pre-sentencing hearing is scheduled for July 2.
