LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, January 27, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
In the case of Matthew Q. Rosner, no address given, charged with two felonies for violating probation, a hearing to appoint counsel was continued to April 28 as Rosner is a fugitive.
In the case of Jonte A. Towles, no address given, charged with two felonies for selling drugs near a library or school; two felonies for child abuse, disregard for life; a felony for selling fentanyl; and three felonies for selling cocaine; a jury trial was set for May 25-26.
