LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, February 3, with the Hon. R. Joseph J. Ellis presiding.
In the case of Christian P. Lyons of Lancaster, charged with a felony for driving on a revoked license for multiple convictions of driving while intoxicated; a felony for driving while intoxicated, prior related felony conviction; a misdemeanor for obstructing/resisting arrest; two misdemeanors for indecent exposure; a misdemeanor for disorderly conduct; a misdemeanor for obstructing or resisting arrest without force; a misdemeanor for refusing a breathalyzer within 10 years; and nine misdemeanors for failing to appear; a motion for pre-trial release was denied. A jury trial remains scheduled for March 30-31.
Katherine A. Turner of Towson, Md., pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for disorderly conduct and was given a 12-month suspended sentence with five years of unsupervised probation. Turner also was ordered to….
