HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened for term day Tuesday, January 24, with the Hon. Judge R. Michael McKenney presiding.
In the case of Daniel J. Banes of Richmond, charged with failure to appear on a felony offense, an arraignment was continued to April 25. Banes remains a fugitive. He also faces five counts of misdemeanor charges for pretrial definitions.
In the case of Jennifer Belfield, a.k.a. Jennifer Runninger of Virginia Beach, charged with 13 counts of probation violation on a felony offense, an arraignment was continued to April 25. She remains a fugitive.
In the case of Kiwana Y. Garcia, a.k.a. Kiwana Y. Simon of Heathsville, charged with failure to appear on a felony offense, an arraignment was continued to April 25. She remains a fugitive.
In the case of Robert C. Lawson of Callao, charged with probation violation on a felony offense, an arraignment was continued….
