LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, January 23, with the Hon. John S. Martin presiding.
In the case of Richard A. Grimm, no address given, charged with a felony for malicious wounding, an arraignment was continued to April 24.
In the case of Alexzandra D. Hosmer of Urbanna, charged with a felony for threats in writing and a misdemeanor for stalking with fear of death or assault, a status hearing was scheduled for February 20.
In the case of Quinton A. Hudnall, no address given, charged with felonies for other forgery/uttering and other forgery, employing as true, an arraignment was continued to April 24.
In the case of Nicholas D. Purcell of White Stone, charged with a misdemeanor for non-compliance with Virginia Alcohol Safety Action Program, the charge was dismissed. Purcell also is charged with a felony for perjury, falsely swearing an oath. A pre-trial hearing was continued to February 4 and a jury trial scheduled for February 5.
